The National Parks (band)

The National Parks formed in early 2013 in Provo, Utah. September of that year, their first album "Young" was released, along with the standalone single "As We Ran". This debut album was funded through Kickstarter. The album climbed to #13 on the ITunes singer/songwirter chart which propelled them to play shows in Seattle, Los Angeles, Chicago and New York City with Andy Grammer, The Lone Bellow, LeAnn Rimes, and The Moth & The Flame. March 15, 2014 marked the band's first public performance after donating money made from its single "Love in the Tetons" to the National Parks Conservation Association. In the Fall that year, the National Park Experience commissioned the song "As We Ran", which was featured in their debut film Love in the Tetons. International attention to the band began with
