USS Isherwood (DD-284)
USS Isherwood (DD-284) was a Clemson-class destroyer in the United States Navy following World War I. She was named for Rear Admiral Benjamin F. Isherwood. Isherwood was launched on 10 September 1919 by the Bethlehem Shipbuilding Corporation, Squantum, Massachusetts; sponsored by Mrs. R. C. Walling; and commissioned on 4 December 1919 at the Boston Navy Yard, Lieutenant Commander W. D. Brereton in command.
