Known as The Voice of Maine News/Talk Network, The station serves the eastern Maine counties of Penobscot, Waldo, Washington, Hancock, and Piscataquis from its studios located in Bangor, Maine. It is also simulcast on WVQM (101.3 FM) in Augusta and WVOM (1450 AM) in Rockland, which extend WVOM-FM's programming to the capital and coastal region.
