Arch of Galerius
The extant remains of a triumphal arch, constructed from 298 to 299 CE and dedicated in 303 CE under the tetrarch Galerius. It commemorates the capture of Ctesiphon from the Sassanids and forms part of a monumental entrance to the palace of Galerius.
