Armageddon (2000)

Armageddon was a professional wrestling pay-per-view (PPV) event produced by World Wrestling Federation (WWF, now WWE). It took place on December 10, 2000, at the Birmingham–Jefferson Civic Center in Birmingham, Alabama. It was the second annual Armageddon event, and the only WWF pay-per-view event to be held in the state of Alabama. It was the final Armageddon event produced under the WWF name (as the promotion was renamed to World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) in May 2002), as the event was temporarily replaced with Vengeance in December 2001 (Armageddon's usual slot) due to the September 11 attacks.
