No Way Out was a professional wrestling pay-per-view (PPV) event produced by the World Wrestling Federation (WWF, now WWE), which took place on February 25, 2001 at the Thomas & Mack Center in Paradise, Nevada. It was the third event in the No Way Out chronology. No Way Out 2001 was the penultimate PPV of the Attitude Era and the last WWF PPV of the Monday Night Wars era of September 4, 1995 to March 26, 2001, during which WWF Raw and WCW Nitro competed for ratings in a weekly Monday night time slot, which is now widely seen as a "golden age" of modern professional wrestling.
