Brekken
Brekken or Brekkebygd (Southern Sami: Prahke) is a mountain village in Røros municipality in Trøndelag county, Norway. The village is located at the eastern end of the lake Aursunden, just about 11 kilometres (6.8 mi) west of the border with Sweden and about 30 kilometres (19 mi) northeast of the town of Røros. The village was the administrative centre of the municipality of Brekken from 1926 until its dissolution in 1964.
