JTBC

JTBC (Korean: 제이티비씨; an abbreviation for Joongang Tongyang Broadcasting Company; stylized as jtbc) is a South Korean nationwide pay television network, in which its largest shareholder is JoongAng Ilbo/The JoongAng Group with 25% of shares. It was launched on 1 December 2011. A generalist channel, its programming consists of television series, variety shows, and news broadcasting, in which its news division has established itself at the same reputation level as the news division of the three main terrestrial networks in South Korea.
