Jelcz-Laskowice

Jelcz-Laskowice [ˈjɛlt͡ʂ laskɔˈvʲit͡sɛ] is a town in Oława County, Lower Silesian Voivodeship, in south-western Poland. It is the seat of the administrative district (gmina) called Gmina Jelcz-Laskowice. It lies on the Odra (Oder) river, approximately 12 kilometres (7 mi) north of Oława, and 24 kilometres (15 mi) south-east of the regional capital Wrocław, within its metropolitan area. As of 2019, the town has a population of 15,803.
