A pharmacist, also known as a chemist (Commonwealth English) or a druggist (North American and, archaically, Commonwealth English), is a health professional who deals with the composition, properties, interactions, proper use and distribution of medicines. The pharmacist provides pharmaceutical information and clinical advice to the public, as well as primary health care services, with the aim of promoting Public Health.
