Bishopstown (Irish: Baile an Easpaig, meaning "town of the Bishop") is located in the civil parish of St. Finbar's, Barony of Cork, County Cork, Ireland. Today it is considered a southwestern suburb of Cork with a population of 24,136 people. The suburb is full on schools and colleges Bishopstown consists of two townlands which are Ballineaspigmore and Ballineaspigbeg (sometimes spelt Ballinaspigmore, etc.).
