Florica Bagdasar (née Ciumetti) (January 24, 1901 in Monastir/Bitola, Ottoman Empire – December 19, 1978 in Bucharest) was a Romanian neuropsychiatrist, who was the first woman minister in Romania at the Ministry of Health between 1946 and 1948.
