Lubla [ˈlubla] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Frysztak, within Strzyżów County, Subcarpathian Voivodeship, in south-eastern Poland. It lies approximately 4 kilometres (2 mi) south-west of Frysztak, 17 km (11 mi) south-west of Strzyżów, and 39 km (24 mi) south-west of the regional capital Rzeszów.
