Post-operative 3D CT feedback improves accuracy and precision in the learning curve of anatomic ACL femoral tunnel placement.Plain radiographs can be used for routine assessment of ACL reconstruction tunnel position with three-dimensional imaging reserved for research and revision surgery.Postoperative outcome is affected by an intraoperative combination of each graft tension change pattern in a double-bundle anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction.
