Alice Mary Higgins (born 1975) is a policy analyst and independent politician. She is the campaigns and policy officer at the National Women's Council of Ireland and a board member of the European Women's Lobby, and was elected to Seanad Éireann in 2016. She is a member of The Civil Engagement group in the 25th Seanad. Her father, Michael D., a former Labour Party politician, is the ninth President of Ireland.
