SGK3 is an androgen-inducible kinase promoting prostate cancer cell proliferation through activation of p70 S6 kinase and up-regulation of cyclin D1.Loss of serum and glucocorticoid-regulated kinase 3 (SGK3) does not affect proliferation and survival of multiple myeloma cell linesHSP90 activity is required for MLKL oligomerisation and membrane translocation and the induction of necroptotic cell death.MiR-212-3p inhibits glioblastoma cell proliferation by targeting SGK3.SGK3 sustains ERα signaling and drives acquired aromatase inhibitor resistance through maintaining endoplasmic reticulum homeostasis.
