Cambodian cuisine (Khmer: ធ្វើម្ហូបរបស់កម្ពុជា, UNGEGN: M'hop Kămpŭchéa) is an umbrella term for the cuisines of all ethnic groups in Cambodia (including Chinese Cambodians, Chams, Kola and others), whereas Khmer cuisine (Khmer: ធ្វើម្ហូបរបស់ខ្មែរ, UNGEGN: M'hop Khmê) refers specifically to the cuisine of the Khmer people.
